Please read our policies carefully before making a booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during checkout.
A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
Bliss Farm Stays reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund to the guest.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@blissfarmstays.com.

Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with respect.
Loud music, parties, or gatherings beyond the booked guest count are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed only at properties explicitly listed as pet-friendly. Prior written approval is required.
Any damage caused to the property by guests will be charged to the registered payment method.

Bliss Farm Stays collects personal information (name, email, phone number, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing bookings and improving our services.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies are used on our website to enhance your browsing experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

Amenities listed on property pages are subject to seasonal availability and may change without prior notice.
Bliss Farm Stays is not liable for temporary unavailability of amenities due to maintenance or force majeure events.
Guests are responsible for returning all keys, access cards, and equipment provided during their stay.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets.
Bliss Farm Stays uses PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
